“ Good restaurant with decent prices - we can recommend the ravioli with cod Fish (big portion of Fish) and ravioli vegetariana. The staff was friendly and welcome Also tasty tiramisu ”
“ Soooooo good, friendly hosts and cosy atmosphere! We had the big cold platter appetiser and two seafood pasta dishes. We were both quite hungry and we thought the portions were just right. We were there on a Saturday night. Best to call in and book beforehand to avoid disappointment. It was quite busy when we were there. Highly recommend and we hope to visit again, the fish that passed by smelled amazing and would love to try that next time. ”
“ Lovely hidden alley small restaurant! We were four people wanting a quick lunch among other locals. It turned however into a cozy prolonged lunch with some amazing glasses of Prosecco. Ps we had an off the menu pasta at the waiter’s recommendation. ”
“ Had to stop for dinner in Ancona, followed out instincts into this cozy Osteria. The instincts were right. The starter was original, had a good taste and I wanted it to last forever. The pastas as well. I really appreciate when restaurants can offer something traditional and original at the same time. If you’re in Ancona, you should not miss Osteria del Pozzo! ”
“ We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The proprietor was very friendly and informative. He cautioned against ordering too much and was honest about the wine selections. We ordered the fish of the day for two - monkfish. It was unbelievably good, with shrimp, mussels, clams, potatoes and vegetables in a tomato and olive oil sauce. The only dessert we could consume was a couple of sparkling wines… at 3 euros each! The value for the money, the food and the service were top notch. ”
“ If you like traditional Italian food, do not miss this place! ”
“ Due to recommended list provided by our hotel (Grand Palace Hotel in Ancona) we visited this excellent trattoria. Service was professional, friendly, kind and fast, and the food…absolutely delicious. Well prepared, more than enough, we enjoyed every bite. The amount of grappa poured was very generous and the local wine perfectly paired with the main course. We would visit it again! ”
